How much of a discount do I get?
Discounts start at 30%. However, qualified accounts can receive a generous discount of up to 50%.
Plus, all commissions and revenue continue for as long as the client stays with OnlyMyEmail.
Who bills the customer?
You do. You are in control of your client subscriptions, billing for the service and the entire client relationship.
Will I need to train my customers on how to use OnlyMyEmail?
No. Other than answering a question or two, the user experience is so intuitive that client "training" is practically non-existent.
How do I manage the accounts?
All account management can be done remotely, from any location.
Just use a web browser to login to our support site and access your account.
Do I need a separate login/password for each of my customers?
No. You can manage all of your domains and settings from just one account.
If you like, you can provide separate log-in credentials for each domain, and you may
also allow each end-user to access and modify their own account settings as well.
What are the Daily Spam Report emails?
When enabled, our system creates and delivers a Daily Spam Report email for each email address.
The report provides a summary list of all the emails that we blocked for that email address the previous day.
The owner of the address can then use the links in the report to view and, if needed, retrieve any emails listed in the report.
Will my customer see OnlyMyEmail emails or graphics?
If enabled for the account, our system will send a Daily Report email to all the email addressses in each domain. This report does contain a "powered by" logo and link to our website.
Other than that, we will not send any other emails to your customers.
How do I brand the daily spam reports with my logo and contact information?
The Daily Report emails to your users include free branding with your logo and contact information.
All we need is an image file of your logo and the contact information you want us to use in the daily report and our support staff will be able to set it up for you.
Just send an email to email@example.com and they will help you through the process.
